Every year, Puffin Virtually Live celebrate the day Roald Dahl was born.
This September 17th would have marked the author’s 100th birthday and the celebration needed to be bigger and better than ever… And it was!
Working on our third show of the year for Puffin Virtually Live, Streaming Tank were down at the Cambridge Theatre with a 6 camera production unit to film a show dedicated to the ‘Matilda’ storyteller.
The playout of the show received the biggest number of unique users Puffin Virtually Live has ever received with a estimated 33,000 tuning in on the day and 55,000 to date.
The stream page itself – built and maintained by Streaming Tank – had a staggering 2.5 million page hits!
