Streaming Tank at The UK Festival Awards
UK Festival Awards Conference 2013 name Streaming Tank as their official Technology Partners
The UK Festival Conference and Awards took place on the 2nd December 2013 from the Roundhouse in London, and leading digital media streaming specialists Streaming Tank were on hand to ensure the proceedings went live and online to as many people around the world as possible, along with the hundreds of people who were personally in attendance.
The Festival Awards Conference was established in 2008 and is the only event which brings the leaders of the contemporary music festival industry together for a day of debate and information sharing. The conference is held on the same day as the UK Festival Awards, which featured Phill Jupitus as the host and was again sold out this year.
Streaming Tank was at the event demonstrating some of their latest live video streaming technology and were proud to be announced as the official technology partners for this year’s Conference and Awards. During the ‘tech blast’ part of the conference Streaming Tank Director and co-founder, Chris Dabbs, took to the stage to discuss Streaming Tank itself along with the company’s role in the live video streaming of festivals and music concerts.
Both Chris and Streaming Tank are well experienced in the delivery of music content live and on-demand onto the internet for digital audiences – they have worked on a number of different music projects in recent years, most notably V Festival, Sonisphere and the Download Festival along with collaborations with top artists and bands such as Rihanna, Maroon 5 and Rock legends The Who.
Streaming Tank is a creative video logistics agency and has worked with some of the World’s biggest brands including The X Factor, Google, Samsung and Coca-Cola amongst others.
