Peter Foy

Chairman

Peter is a former Managing Director of McKinsey & Co UK, the international management consultancy firm. He was a member of McKinsey's worldwide Board and spent ten years as head of the firm’s European Consumer Goods practice.

After leaving McKinsey in 1995 Peter became Chairman of Baring Brothers International which had been acquired as the corporate finance arm of ING's Investment Bank, a position he held until 1999. More recently he has held the following posts: Deputy Chairman of P&O Princess Cruises plc, Chairman of Whitehead Mann plc, and a Director of PepsiCo Inc., Safeway plc. and Omnicom Inc.

In addition to these roles Peter has served as Deputy Chairman of the Royal Ballet School and maintains a close connection with Oxford University as a Fellow of St Peter's and St Anne's Colleges, a Faculty Board Member of the Business School and a Trustee of the Higher Studies Fund.

Chris Dabbs

Director

Chris studied Computer Studies and SSADM in Birmingham before moving into media and magazine publishing. After working in both the Business to Business and consumer arenas, Chris joined and help managed the media division of Boosey & Hawkes for four years. This involved publishing rights to the world’s largest classical music catalogue, media rights to non classical catalogues, controlling multiple labels and 42 offices.

In 2001 he started Smoking Toad with Dave Vout (one of the guys behind Tomb Raider) and then became co-founder of Creative Tank two years later. Smoking Toad was pulled under the Creative Tank Group umbrella in 2009.

James Wilkinson

Director

James Wilkinson graduated at the University of the West of England, Bristol with a degree in Business Studies. He started his career at IMG, where he worked with a number of clients, including Rolex, Robinsons and Nike. He was working as a research analyst for the sports sponsorship side of the European Tour. He later moved on to Mediacom, in TV buying.

He assisted with European media buying campaigns for clients such as EMI and Polydor records. He joined Smoking Toad in 2003 and launched Creative Tank with Chris Dabbs. He has been working in the client services & business development team for the last three and half years.
