Streaming Tank were asked by Proximity the leading London digital agency to develop a user-generated site that students from universities could upload their really bad jokes. It was supposed to be called itsfunny and the beginning, but with everything being so unfunny, they had to change it.

It was for the BBC so they could encourage students to pay for their TV licences.
